We checked out within 2 hours and checked into another hotel. The toilet has stains, and the bathtub to shower was yellow.

We would have liked it very much if Wotif had not overbooked and the room we had booked and paid for in Singapore was not available. We have NEVER experienced this before through any accommodation booking platform. This left us stranded in Singapore in a tropical storm with no hotel room. We are in our 70s and this was not appreciated, causing unnecessary stress and extra cost (extra taxi and hotel room). We will be seeking full refund and compensation from Wotif.

무엇보다 싱가폴 여행의 중심역인 도비갓역에서 가까워서 좋았습니다. (걸어서 5분) 방은 넓었고 에어콘도 항상 잘 나왔습니다. 건물과 시설이 많이 노후화 된것은 사실이지만 싼것은 그만큼 싼 이유가 있죠.
