It may be an Ibis budget but facilities and customer service were excellent. From checking in to leaving, reception staff were always welcoming and helpful, very knowledgeable. My room as expected was small but perfectly adequate as a base, as this hotel is right in the centre of the city and only a short taxi ride from the airport. Perfect for a solo female traveller, couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Clean and efficient room. Mine did not have a window, I didn't mind that. Very friendly and helpful staff. Proximity to Bugis MRT station is very convenient. Bus stops are even closer. Plenty of shopping and dining options in Bugis Junction, Suntec City, Marina Square, to name a few. Only a few minutes bus ride to Chinatown, Maxwell Food Center.

Unless you are on tight budget, would not suggest staying at this hotel, and it's not cheap either. Given a room without window and the sound proofing was almost non-existent. Make sure you bring ear plugs if you want to sleep.

Very small room and hardly any space to put your stuff. Tiny bathroom. Everything gets wet while showering and there is not enough hot water to even wash your hair. Location is very good. Good is ok for max of 1 or 2 days.
