全ての部屋ではありませんが、個室に窓が付いて居たり折り畳みのテーブルや鏡が備え付けられたりしているし、何よりもカプセルが広く感じました。 ただ一日だけ女性限定の部屋に男性ポイ方がいらっしゃたのはびっくり。性別を聞くわけにもいかず戸惑いましたがそれ以上に快適に過ごす事が出来ました。

Great stay!

Great stay! Staff are super helpful and friendly. Very comfortable bedding and the whole place including bathrooms were very clean. You will need ear plugs though as you hear the music all night from the bar next door.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city with good connections. Closest subway station requires a little bit of walking but is not too far, a lot of popular areas are within walking distance and there's plenty of bars and food options around! Staff is very friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend for a solo traveller!

Everything about KINN Capsule Hotel was wonderful. Beginning with a warm welcome by Esther made my entry comfortable. She took real good care. Hena was another staff who was equally helpful and they never denied any of my request or help. Syed the manager was also a kind person and helped with valuable information. Overall my stay there was awesome. I stayed there for 6 days. Highly recommended

4泊5日滞在。大判バスタオル1枚を支給された。 2日目にタオル交換を申し出た所、すぐ交換してもらえたので、3日目も交換を申し出た所、2回までしかタオル交換できないと言われ、交換してもらえなかった。大判バスタオルは干す場所もなく、湿って臭くなる。毎日交換して欲しい。 シーツの交換は5日間なかった。

Hello, I'm a Korean woman who stayed on the 18th and 21st. I might not have been able to come back to Korea if it wasn't for the female staff who worked at dawn on the 18th and the manager who allowed me to help. I lost my passport, so thank you so much for calling to help me and trying in many ways and looking at it kindly. I was able to get back to Korea safely. You made my worst trip a city where I want to go again. Thank you so much. If I visit again, I will visit this hotel. I hope you are still working at that time... What if you don't have one? If you have a message function, please give me a message. I really want to repay you. It was a female staff member who was cute and had a kind way of speaking.
