Mercure is located about 1/2 mile from MRT which made it very easy to get around. If you have more than 2 pieces of large luggage you will be squeezed in pretty tightly, but other than that (and the confusion over the two hotels that share an elevator) I was super happy with my stay. Very clean, staff was helpful. AC worked amazing!

Friendly team and breakfast with good choices. Excellent location with shuttle service that brings you to Orchard Road, but often it's full :) However, it is within walking distance to reach Orchard Road. The hotel has playground for kids, a very warm and happy mood because many families stay in this hotel.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was accommodating. We arrived very early, and they allowed us to do our laundry and use the pool and shuttle bus while we waited for our room to be ready. The cafe in the lobby offered a limited but delicious breakfast.
