The cleanliness, approachable and friendly staff, amenities - everything was good. The only thing didn’t make perfect score was I tried to call front desk/guest service and the telephone never got through. Other than that, my stay was really comfortable and enjoyable.

MRT is below the hotel so access to all Singapore is easy. Food court and shops within the complex as well. Room cleaned daily to a good standard. Have stayed here 3 times and enjoyed however the rooms could do with being freshened up

Good locations. Top marks for connectivity to the MRT. Wide variety of foods in vicinity and MRT connects you to more places for shopping and attractions. Service was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Only down point is the hotel is a bit old but it is well kept and very clean. Will stay again.

Housekeeping staff is good. We stayed at the Club Room. The club service at Level 22 is a disappointment. Good hospitality is very lacking at the club level. Food provision is petty and stingy at the level 22 club lounge. It claimed to be exclusive but not inclusive. If budget permits, I would recommend Pan Pacific Marina Square Club Rooms. Price tag is high but you get great service over there. At least one will not feel a sense of guilt (as if stealing) eating the food at the club lounge. This is our third time staying at the Oasia hotel over the past nine years. We had fond memories of the hotel from our first two stays. This time round, things have changed. This should probably be our last time staying at this hotel.

Close to a local shopping centres and train station. Staff was not quite as friendly as would like. Facility was quite good but there is only 1 water machine at the lobby for guests to refill water - guests are advise to drink from tap.

Weekend Getaway

Hotel pictures was as per advertise when we check-in. All clean and good. Halley assisted us with the check-in and is very friendly, helpful and courteous. The only downside that i would recommend for the hotel to include is a bidet for the toilet as its a distance from the shower. The club lounge details could be better detailed in the welcome note. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and experience at the club room and the club lounge.

The location is great with easy access to the Novena MRT. The rooms are a good size and the staff are very friendly and helpfull. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Second time there in 6 months

Super location, 2 malls walking distance and NS red line metro station. Staff super kind, rooms are ok. Improvements: 1) clean the water pipes of the showers as the water come out a bit stinking. 2) as there is not toilet shower, at least place a toilet brush, it is not a big cost.

Oasia Novena oasis perfect stopover!

Stayed for 3 nights in transit back to Aus after 5 weeks in Europe. The hotel was a perfect stopover to rest and relax after a heavy “tourist” schedule. The room was very comfortable and the Oasia Club membership was excellent value. The club team with Charmine were wonderful hosts!
