My room 1716 air con can be colder. I came into the room after checked in that the water flow from the sink was very slow. Housekeeping should report to fix n not the next customer complain. However, it was fixed very quickly. Thank you. I had an relaxing and enioyable stay.

We stayed at the 17flr, which is a Signature floor and we love the theme particularly the room and corridor decors. Rooms were always clean whenever we cone back from outside the hotel. The lobby always smells nice. Enjoyed using the tea and coffee maker every morning, so convenient.

A superbly located and presented Singapore Hotel --- our room was spotless -- the hotel foyer was not only spotless, it was sparkling and super clean. Hotel staff were attentive and effective. Th breakfast buffet was excellent. Check in and out was quick and easy, lifts were close to the lobby and the lift wait times were minimal.
