Staff was very co-operative, rooms are clean and convenience to the MRT was great. Just 1 complaint: for some reason the room had a constant damp smell (even after daily housekeeping) and it seemed like there was no way to get rid of it.

Location and budget

Just a short stay of 4 nights, perfectly fine hotel in a great area with access to a variety of dining options, small convenience stores and cafes. Close to Little India which is one of our favourite places and also Rochor MRT to access everything else.

Good price for the location and cleanliness.

Room a little bit smaller in comparison to the pictures when booking. The room was clean though which is good. The bathroom could do with modernising as the shower curtain doesn’t stop water from going everywhere but it’s not a major issue. Location is good, close to a mall and Little India but only a 20-30 min walk to Clarke Quay, Chijmes, the bay and other highlights. Staff were friendly, the cafe breakfast looked good (we didn’t get it). The coffee was good though.

Great Location - pretty good considering price.

Hotel is well located, the reception team super helpful and check-in/check-out experience seamless. Room was nice, but bathroom had a strange odur. Everything else in the room was a little basic but still good. Pool is nice! Gym is tiny. Breakfast although we did not eat looked great.

Good stay

Good location, convenient to everywhere. 2 mins to Rochor MRT station and 5 mins to Bugis area. The staff are extremely helpful and gave us an upgrade to our room as a reward for staying with them again. The room is clean and comfortable. It has a fridge, safety deposit box. However, the bathroom really needs to improve. The shower has no walls and the water will get everywhere. There are no hooks for towels. It would be wonderful if this was approved. We would be delighted to stay again!

Pros: -Great location, pretty central to everything. -Friendly staff, no negative interactions and everyone was helpful. -Pool, pretty solid pool -The AC in the room, lifesaver in Singapore. Cons: -The shower: it is a standing shower that relies on a curtain to keep water off of the floor. But the curtain does not touch the floor so your bathroom floor will be wet for an hour after showering. -Laundry, there is no laundry onsite unless you want to pay that normal hotel fee that is per shirt and pair of underwear for outrageous amounts. Other than that, there is a place that is super close that you can take your laundry to. Meh: -Gym, there is 1 machine that can do a lot of things. None of them that well, but you can workout here. Also there is 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical. -The bed, they are pretty dang firm. If you like that, cool. If not, it's not great.

Convenient to the MRT, and local shopping and dining. The restaurant only offered breakfast and there were no ice machines. Staff were efficient and responsive; having resources available to encourage tourism would be helpful, ( like they are 2 blocks from Little India, where the MRT is etc)

Good location near MTR and shopping possibilities

Location of the hotel was excellent and peaceful. Room for a couple was quite small. View from window was to another building. Room had very little closets for clothes. Bathroom had a bad smell the whole time (like smell of drainage). Staff was friendly and pollite. Breakfast was variable but it was more like a lunch instead of breakfast. There was rice, noodle and pasta but no cheese for bread or yoghurt for example. The rooms and pool area were well cleaned everyday.
