The staff went above and beyond. We had a minor issue with the room, and asked for another one. Without hesitation we received an upgrade and dining credit. This level of service was experienced throughout our four night stay. The location is excellent with unlimited food options and the unique interior design of the hotel is worth the stay alone. I strongly recommend this hotel!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in the entire world!!!!!!!!! Let me give this to you in dot points: - The room itself is incredible! Someone clearly went to a lot of trouble to design this room in a fun way, it looks COOOOL every little detail is thought of - The mini bar has COOL STUFF in it, there's all sorts of stuff to drink and eat and I went hard on the mini bar - so nice - The staff are so friendly and helpful and efficient you can't ask for better - The room is comfortable, has everything you need in it, great shower great bath great bed, balcony, nice and cool - The TV system, ordering system and all the tech is great! - The room service is WONDERFUL they actually made me an F1 car FROM A TOWEL and then when I gave a tip for cleaning on the PILLOW they made me a little man out of a towel and wrote me 2 stickies worth of thank you notes To put this into perspective I stayed at the QT for a week, during which I had 2 days booked by my company at the Ritz-Carlton. I chose NOT to stay at the Ritz and gave it to my friends just so I could stay those extra 2 nights at the QT. Oh and I didn't mention it is RIGHT OPPOSITE La Pa Sat!!! The best hawker food in Singapore and any time day or night if you are hungry you can check delicacies off your Singapore food wish list at this place in a cool, exciting atmosphere. Smash a tiger beer and eat some prawn skewers, or eat some noodles, oysters, duck, chicken rice. Omg stay at QT!
