Das Hotel war super, nettes Personal, super Anbindung zur U-Bahn. Nur leider war unser Zimmer ein länglicher Eckraum mit etwas lauteren Lüftern draußen, welche in der Nacht gestört haben. Aber so wie wir das sehen konnten, war das nur unser Zimmer. Hotel können wir trotzdem weiterempfehlen!

コンチネンタルブレックファーストフリーで日中、コーヒーやお菓子もロビーに置いてあり、浄水器の水を自由にもらえる。部屋は狭く窓がなかったが、昼前チェックインも可能。チェックアウト（12時）後も荷物を預かってくれる等、スタッフも親切だった。

Great location and Lovely Staff

Staff where lovely, we where bedridden with food poising and the staff were so helpful with finding a pharmacy and letting us have a late checkout. Hotel is really close to Chinatown and about a 10min walk from the metro line. Great location and Lovely Staff

Poor customer service

Booked nearly a year in advance for F1 with free cancellation available until just before arrival. However 33 weeks before arrival time was informed that I must pay in full immediately or loose booking because it was F1weekend. Not happy that hotel change terms and conditions also as a gold member of this site it was allowed. When I arrived with my male friend I was informed (after completing check in ) only double room available for first night not twin as requested. Then had to stay in room until after midday so we could move rooms, this interrupted our plans!

Great hotel, bit noisy at night.

I love this bourique hotel. 2nd visit. The only thing stopping us going back is the music from the pub over the road. It kept us awake for a while. Service amazing and situated right in chinatown, handy to everything.
