We were travelling with a baby and this was a great location and layout for us. The apartment has everything you need including microwave, stove, pots, cooking utensils, fridge, washing machine and dryer. The staff we encountered were accommodating and friendly.

Great location. Easy commute to everything with a 5 minute walk to the MRT. Great size for a family of 6 in the 3 bed apartment. Has everything supplied for a comfortable stay and the staff were lovely.

Great location to explore Singapore. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Marina Bay, Boat Quay and Clarke Quay along the river. Supermarket and MRT stations were close by and having the kitchen was great. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you to the staff.

Despite occasional noise in the kitchen and laundry due to construction going on at the adjacent hotel, the Village Residence was otherwise lovely and quiet. The staff were wonderful from the moment we arrived and were very apologetic when the lift unfortunately broke down during our stay. These things happen, but they went the extra mile by leaving a lovely fruit bowl and gift for my children as a token of their apologies. I stayed in a slightly different location on my last visit to Singapore, but the Village Residence was by far in a better spot. I had a beautiful view of the river from my balcony, and would definitely return should I visit Singapore again.

Very nice location. We had a great view of the river. Many restaurants nearby, close to mrt. The apartment had a range of kitchen eminities and washing machine/dryer. They even left nice Christmas presents for our daughter :-) Great service. Definetly recommended.

We had a great family vacation (2 adults and 3 teenagers) staying at Village Residence Robertson Quay for one week. Everything very clean and comfortable and very close to metro (MRT) stations. Kitchenette with pots/appliances and also had washer/dryer. Pool great and breakfast very reliable. Five stars.

Loved this service apartment. We had a studio which was shockingly large even by U.S. standards for 8 comfortable days. Location was great right in the middle of Robertson Quay and River Valley as well as Clarke Quay and Fort Canning park. Dining choices were great, with numerous restaurants just downstairs in the square as well as the river walk along Robertson Quay. Also it's not too close to Clarke Quay which I find to be a blessing given how touristy and noisy it is. 5 min walk to the MRT station as well as walkable distance to Orchard road and Raffles city. I would definitely stay here again when we're here for an extended time.

The apartment was outstanding but more than that, the staff was exceptional and I appreciate the attention. They were always cordial, helpful and greeted me every time I passed through the lobby. It was also right near the Fort Canning Metro Stop and only a short GRAB ride from everything. I stayed for 10 days and it was phenomenal and as I travel the world people are not always kind to people of color but they were brilliant.

The hot water didn’t last very long and the exterior really needs renovation. Inside was good but one of the bathrooms could use a renovation. The service was great and so was the location. Pool was fine but the surround could be so much nicer with some more space, garden and just general maintenance. In short, good value for money if you don’t mind a rundown exterior.

We stayed in a studio apartment located at the end of the tower with good views of the river and surrounding areas, the apartment is spacious and clean with comfortable lounge chairs to relax in. High speed (870 Mbps) WiFi is available in the room alongside a StarHub TV box for access to streaming services. The kitchen is large and has the basics covered, rice cooker, convection microwave, toaster and kettle and rubbish chute, there is also a washing machine and dryer located in the kitchen. The bathroom is small but functional with a shower over the bathtub. As noted on the website the studio apartments are all walk-ups staff will delivery your bags to the room and collect them for checkout, they will also help with regular items like shopping. Overall we had a enjoyable stay and the Village Residence will be our first choice for future visits.

Great place and location in Singapore

Perfectly located to learn Singapore. Swimming pool really available for us, since other persons did not use it. The breakfast was OK, but not great and available only Mon to Fri. Really helpful personnel.

There is a dead cockroach in the toilet, and there is many insects come out from the sink and bathtub every day. Besides, there is no lift, u need to reach ur room on stairs. However, the room is big and the staff were trying their best to follow my requests.
