The customer did reach out of a pest issue which we immediately scheduled our exterminator to go out. Please review below the exact description of the listing please do not hold against us something that we do not list. The listing does not state about any condiments. We provide a Kitchenette - Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, stove pots/pans, plates, glasses and utensils This listing is for 2 guest max. Therefore in the unit there is 2 of anything. We do not provide mid stay cleaning. However we did assist this guest with a mid stay cleaning at no charge, extra towels, we also compensated the guest with a one night free due to the issue they had. Florida is tropical and we provide a monthly pest control service to all of the properties. However guest sometimes keep the doors open for long period of time which the little pest may enter. Reviews of this unit before and after this guest below I stayed here with a friend while taking a diving class and we were happy with the room. The bed was large and comfortable and the location and price were perfect. When we needed supplies they were brought over immediately by housekeeping. I accidentally left behind a charging cord for an underwater scooter that was quite expensive to replace. I didn't notice it missing until weeks after my stay, and when I emailed about it the manager knew exactly where it was and mailed it to me. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the neighborhood. Full size fridge was great along with stove, oven, and microwave. Bathtub/shower dated but clean. Small vanity but a lot of storage shelves made it very functional. Pool has a nice view overlooking the inlet. Beach was a few minutes walk and we rented chairs and an umbrella right there on the beach. Bars/restaurants nearby. Great place to stay for 1-2 people and great
