Enjoy sunrises, sunsets, the pool, close proximity to the ocean, Inlet walkway, local restaurants and shops. The building offers an elevator and garage parking for 1 car. 90 day minimum rental and registration required by Inlet Pointe Condo Association. All utilities included (water,sewer, electric, internet, WIFI, You Tube TV). Renter pays the rental taxes.
