    Private Holiday House Adults Only set in front of the beach with parking and garden. This property is located on the beach and is sufficient to open the small gate to be barefoot on the white sandy of La Caletta Beach.

    The big garden is ideal to pass relax time in the evening, take a shower when you will come back from the beach or have a bbq in the evening under the moon light and surrounded by the sea sound. parking slot is available just for 1 car. In case of big car or longer car , are all around other parking that could be reach in few minutes by feet.

    Profumo di Mare is a holiday house build in 70' and renovated in 2022 on Februari. is an indipendent home set just on the beach : in fact ,to get there you need just to open the garden gate. A big open space area surround the property. In this area you will find a garden , outside shower, barbecue, a Patio with dining area and sea view , a parking slot and a relax area . Two floors are disposed inside : on the ground floor are set a fully furnished kitchen with fridge, frezzer, cooker, oven and dishwasher , a bathroom with shower and a big living with sofà bed, sea view and fireplace. on the top are set two double bedroom, one small room with bunk beds and another bathroom with shower . The position is ideal cause you have possibility to walk all around and reach without car the beach, the city centre and services.

    The property is set on the sea promenade in La Caletta , a small village between the Orosei Gulf and Olbia Gulf. Profumo di Mare is located in a short sreet , close to traffic and surrounded just by private houses. Just in fron you will find the beach that coud be reach by feet from garden . On the beach ia vailable a wood path that connect the beach to the city centre: is a particular small path that offer the possibility to have a walking close the beach and reach services by feet without pass use traffic ways .The nearest restaurant is just 50 meters from the property.

    The property is indicated also for people that don't like to use the auto during holidays cause is set just few minute from city centre and all services could be reach by feet. Is possible to reach us also without car due the connection from Olbia Airport toNuoro that stopo just few meters from the property. As well as auto in Sardinia is recommended to visit the coast . In few minutes is possible to reach Orosei , Posada Budoni or San Teodoro Beaches. From the small Port every day are available departure fot boat trip along the Orosei Gulf to visit Cala Luna, Cala Goloritzè or La Grotta del Bue Marino.This property has not air condictioning . is very closer to the beach and all the area is always winding .
