Pleasant villa in beautiful & quiet location

Nice villa, just the right size for 4 people. The view from the pool and terrace is spectacular! The location is really quiet, but only a few minutes from Solanas where there is a beach, a small shop and several nice restaurants. Go to Villasimius for a bigger shop and more choices of beaches and restaurants.

Fab villa

Just beautiful location and views from thus fab villa. It is quite remote, nothing in walking distance so you defo need a car. Parts of the property may need a bit updating, but overall really good. Andrea the host is excellent and advised loads of places to visit. Would highly recommend

Het was een heerlijke locatie. Mooi huis, heerlijk zwembad met voldoende schaduw als je dat wil. Parkeren kun je op je eigen terrein en heeft groot afgesloten hek. Volledige privacy. Super vriendelijke gastheer die je voorziet van alle tips die je maar nodig hebt. Fijne stranden in de buurt! Je moet het niet vervelend vinden om wel even in de auto te zitten voor je boodschappen zo’n 20 minuten. In de directie omgeving zijn niet veel winkels, maar daar krijg je een mooi strand en zee voor terug. Mooie locatie met uitzicht op de bergen. Heerlijk rustig. Je kunt er goed wandelen, leuke routes en in de talloze baaien leuk snorkelen.Echt een aanrader!

Wunderschönes Haus mit einer top Ausstattung. Sehr ruhig gelegen. In 5 Minuten mit dem Auto am sehr schönen Sandstrand von Solana.

Schöne Villa nicht weit von wunderschönen Stränden

Schönes Haus umgeben vom gepflegten Garten mit großen Pool. Wunderschöne Strände in der näheren Umgebung gut mit Auto erreichbar. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer Andrea. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Villa molto bella e ottimo servizio accoglienza

La villa è molto bella, in particolare la zona piscina. La descrizione è assolutamente corretta e gli spazi sono ben gestiti così come la dotazione che è completa. Molto buona la posizione per raggiungere sia le spiagge della zona di Villasimius che quelle di Costa Rei e dintorni. Ottima accoglienza e la disponibilità di Andrea che ci ha dato molti consigli per locali, spiagge, ecc. Tutto “testato” e molto affidabile.
