The property is located outside the city centre. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in before the scheduled time, which was greatly appreciated. There is parking available, although spaces cannot be reserved. The hotel was very clean throughout our stay. The room could benefit from some updating; however, the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, so this is likely to improve soon.

Loved this place in the heart of Bruges but on a very quiet street. The breakfast is magnificent and the spa is wonderful!! We will stay here again.

Great location! Bar is great

We really enjoyed our stay here. The family loft was absolutely wonderful with more than enough space for our family of 5. The location was perfect. Breakfast was served in the most beautiful rooms and very delicious. We would highly recommend staying here, it was exceptional.

the hotel -1470's building- beautiful, enchanted, fairy tale place, the room very spacious, beautiful decorate(back on romantic' times) bathroom was comfortable,- not shower, only bathtub- but clean, large. I love the hotel, goes with the atmospheres of the city. we love it. the only complain is the day we arrived-Nov 9-2026- the front desk lady was very rude and unfriendly-she must have been having a bad day, because when we see her the next day, she turned out to be pleasant. however, our arrival left us with a bad impression, I believe that hotel staff need to show more empathy and patience, when guest arrive, we have just come off a flight of over 12 hours-nearly 24 hours without sleep- and they are the very first impression we get of the country/city. With that exception of that incident-which I believe is important to mention as constructive criticism- everything else was fantastic and I highly recommend the hotel.
