"Clean room, friendly staff. Only inconvenience was construction around the hotel which made it a challenge to find it. Note - must park at bus station parking and take elevetor up to hotel entrance. "

"Honest review! Area not great. Many separate buildings so reception not easy to locate. Room needs renovating and very basic. Wardrobe didn’t close. Fridge very noisy. Corridors dirty. Staff were ok. Bar area nice looking over the water. Bed comfy. If all you need to do is sleep, it’s ok. If you’re taking a break, look for somewhere nice and more conveniently located. Parking secure and easy, also good price. Nowhere close by to eat. Dunkirk itself is run down. Beach area nice with some nice bars and restaurants but a good 30 min walk. It is clear to see they are trying to reinvigorate the town, which is going well in some areas. "

"Hotel could do with a revamp. No one on reception when I arrived at 9.30. Waited for 10 minutes. Kitchen closed. No food options. Charged additional €12 to park. Just include in the price."

"Lovely hotel!! So clean, beautiful & staff were so helpful! It smelled amazing. Very quiet to sleep at night. Room has everything you need. Can leave your luggage on the last day in a holding room to enjoy Bruge before you need to leave. Would definitely book again!"

"Cannot fault this hotel. The staff were fantastic and the amenities great. All things thought of for all ages, the spa, the pool, the games room and the ball pit. Truly something for everyone. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Brugge and have access to a car or the coastal tram for beaches and sights."

"Listing for this booking hides that towels and parking are not available without additional costs, and that beds need to be made by guests and rubbish taken out by guests. Bringing towels with us from abroad and taking them back as wet towels wasn’t something I was expecting when I made the booking. All of this is mentioned on the follow up communication "
