"Close to everything to see, shopping, and the train station with very friendly staff to welcome you at the front desk. Rooms are spacious. Could be cleaner if tables and glassware was swapped out if collecting dust in the rooms. Housekeeping service did not make the bed or replace the towels left on the floor as given in the instructions on room door handle. Air conditioner is temperature controlled and locked out at 19 degrees which would be fine if it stayed on but it turned off in the middle of the night. Staff provided excellent, courteous, and super helpful information upon arrival and when needed. Additionally they helped with transportation connections when leaving. Multiple attractions within walking distance helps keep a traveler busy during their stay from museums to shopping to countless cafe choices. One other thing is if you want to pick up snacks from the local supermarket, most things close at 10pm for the night so plan wisely. The room houses an adequate sized fridge to keep a few things."

"We had a fantastic stay here and cannot recommend it enough, especially if you are travelling with children. Ideal Location: The hotel is in an excellent spot. It was incredibly easy to walk right into the main streets and explore everything Bruges has to offer without any hassle. The staff truly went above and beyond. They couldn’t have been more helpful, assisting us with city maps, parking logistics, and excellent sightseeing recommendations that made our trip run smoothly. The buffet breakfast was delicious! There were so many options to choose from, meaning both the adults and kids left happy and full ready for a day of exploring. After clocking up some serious steps, coming back to incredibly comfortable beds was heaven. We also loved the really nice touch of complimentary flavoured water and sweets in the reception area a small detail, but one that made us feel so welcome. If you are planning a trip to Bruges with two children and want a stress-free, comfortable, and welcoming base, this is the place to book. We had a really good stay and would definitely return!"

"Really good rooms. One of our family rooms had a bunk bed of which we didn't realise as it wasn't in the description. This however was fine. Still great rooms. One of the family rooms with the bigger shower (501) family said they found the air con wasn't great but this may have been an error on their behalf. They said it was still a great room and wasn't a big problem. One downfall was the lift. Only one small lift and it's very slow and also the same lift used by house keeping so when checking in we had to use the stairs with our heavy luggage as the lift was full a lot of the time. Would recommend this hotel highly as in a good location and a nice hotel. Staff were lovely too and drinks at the bar were very reasonably priced. We were also fortunate to be able to check in early and they had plenty of storage to store luggage after check out. "

"This is a true budget hotel: the rooms are very tiny with not much space to move around in. The bath towels were small and thin and the shower is in an open area beside the bed. Our room overlooked the central railway tracks but the sound of the trains wasn't actually that loud. Staff were very helpful and the location was convenient for walking to the old town of Bruges. Parking was relatively inexpensive, but the hotel room was expensive relative to its size and condition. I guess it was all about location, location, location."

"I found the property not to be suitable for a senior . The shower is in the tub and the faucet is in the middle of the tub so it's awkward. The sink has the shelf so low that you can knock your head into it. There was stairs to get to my room but no hand rail. But on the positive the staff was excellent , helpful and pleasant. We liked the complementary chocolates and cookies. It was very thoughtful."
