It was a very awkward location and the amenities are non existent. The bed ws slanted on one side, so much that I kept rolling off the edge, would never stay there again. The staff was super friendly and helped us with pillows and hairdryers, no complaints whatsoever there, lovely people!

Missing Basic Amenities

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was below expectations. There were no towels provided in the room, and I had to go to the reception to request them, which was quite inconvenient. Even more frustrating was the lack of a hair dryer—when I asked at the front desk, I was told there were none left. Basic amenities like towels and hair dryers should be standard in any room. Overall, the lack of preparation and poor service made the stay disappointing.

Wir waren nun bereits zum 2. Mal im Ibis Budget Ostende und waren wieder vollkommen zufrieden. Ist schon erstaunlich, wie gut ein ** Sterne Hotel sein kann. Zimmer wieder sehr sauber. Frühstücksbuffet mehr als ausreichend. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Uns gefällt die tolle Lage in der Nähe des Strandes. Nur ein 15-minütiger Spaziergang durch die Dünen und man ist am Meer. In dem kleinen Gewerbegebiet sind die verschiedensten Geschäfte, wo man prima einkaufen kann. Die Zimmer sind zwar einfach eingerichtet, doch durchaus solide und gut durchdacht. Gerade im Sommer ist es wichtig, dass die Zimmer klimatisiert sind. Und gut gefallen hat uns, dass man draußen sitzen und frühstücken kann.

Wij zaten in kamer 24. Het bed was EXTREEM hard. Je kan evengoed op een steen gaan liggen. Deze matras moet echt vervangen worden want dit is echt niet normaal. Ik ben nochtans wel wat gewend maar dit was erover. Volgens het personeel waren dit nieuwe matrassen. Ik kan me moeilijk inbeelden dat iemand hier van een goede nachtrust kan genieten. Voor de rest was de kamer wel in orde.

Wir reden hier über ein ** Sterne-Hotel. Gemessen daran können wir hier überall die volle Punktzahl vergeben. Die zugegeben etwas kleinen Zimmer sind sehr sauber und absolut durchdacht eingerichtet. Die Matratze ist sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war gemessen an der Sternezahl sehr gut! Es gibt frische Minibagauettes, Toast, Rührei, frische Eier, Käse, Schinken, Marmelade, Müsli & Co, frisches Obst. Hier findet jeder etwas! Die Lage ist gut am Rande eines Gerwerbegebietes nahe am Flughafen. Viele Geschäfte und tagsüber einige wenige Restaurants in der Nähe. Zum Strand und zur nächsten Haltestelle der Küstentram geht man in 10 - 15 Minuten. Sehr freundliches Personal und eine kleine bar gibt es auch...

Wir sind für eine Nacht dort geblieben. Schneller CheckIn und CheckOut, gutes Frühstück, gepflegte Anlage. Es gibt einen Parkplatz und man ist sehr nah am Strand, für einen kurzen Spaziergang am Morgen. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war alles bestens und ausreichend.
