The entire staff made my stay in Sintra at Chalet Saudade even better. Especially Filipa, she was so helpful and cheerful my entire stay. The Chalet is beautiful unique. Location is excellent and a parking lot is nearby, in walking distance.

The property is beautiful. View of castle walls from the back garden as well as Palace are breathtaking. It's spotlessly clean with a stylish decor... Our room/suite was a garden view. Couldn't have asked for more in terms of decor & comfort The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Had a real passion about Sintra and its history. Gave us so many tips for planning the day, we're to eat...

Basic accomodation, but dont get me wrong it is a well worth your money. Friendly and helpful staff. They will help you with anything you need. Walking distance to the good surfspots.

Beautiful guest home and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Service was excellent, it was clean. Excellent hosts.

Fantastic Villa at the heart of Cascais. Close enough to walk 3 minutes, but far enough not to be affected by noise. In other words, perfect location. Staff is great and Villa is very well maintained. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience. The place is beautiful, interesting, clean, relaxing and in a great location. It is walking distance to the main town, marina and nearby park. As well as being a short taxi to the 3 golf clubs I played at. The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful.

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome , safe and comfortable. The hotel was very clean , beds very comfortable and the breakfast was beautiful. Fantastic location close to all the restaurants, bars and shops . The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful always genuine and smiling . We will definitely return to this hotel and recommend to anyone considering a weekend break in Lisbon

Excellent from the moment we arrived, very friendly and welcoming staff. Ideal location, Our room was very spacious and comfortable and the in room breakfast was a treat. Very relaxing stay and great location for shopping and visiting Rossio Square. Would recommend drinks across the road at Rocco restaurant. We also utilized the airport car service from the hotel which was ideal for an early morning flight, great service! Would highly recommend.
