Extra conveniences include Large Smart TV in Living Room, upgraded wifi speed, cable entertainment package, Air Conditioning and heating, closed parking yard for 1 car. From the balcony and living room look directly out over the Lake Balaton. The afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets are breathtaking.

The lake on the south shore is shallow, slowly deepening and safe, excellent with children
