The detached holiday home, built in 1970 and renovated in 2022, is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire area and courtyard.

Siofok. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
