"The property is being renovated a still needs some attention. Don’t count on food or drinks being served in a timely manner. But the beach is amazing. Quiet snorkeling right from the beach is amazing. "

"Host was responsive while being pretty matter of fact, wouldn’t say I was bowled over with the warmth of his welcome. It’s pretty obvious this place is for those on a budget and the experience and amenities represented that. I only stayed for one night due to what I considered to be unworkable conditions and host was agreeable to refund for the additional nights which is why I’m giving him three stars but ultimately I was out several hundred dollars as the platform fees, etc., were not refundable. I appreciate his willingness to work with me, but it did feel like while he was acknowledging my concern were real/true he was simultaneously very dismissive of them. It’s important to know that most of the very positive reviews are for the upstairs unit while I stayed in the downstairs unit, which is definitely more susceptible to the conditions I experienced."

"The unit is as advertised. Overlooks the beach and is well equipped. The reasons for the low review are first when we arrived there was no wifi or n hot water. The hot water was fixed within two days. The wifi took ELEVEN days to fix. It involed numerous texts an me waiting inside,for three different servicemen to call. Six days into our stay a storm knockedout the DISH tv sigonal. We stayed 14 more days and the tv signal never came back. The owner who is not local refuned 12% of the booking fee but all the troubles put a damper on the experience. P. S. We never got saw the unit manager. "

"There was no communication with the host. I reached out to him for the check in information about a week before our arrival. That was the one and only time there was any communication. The condo was in need of basic maintenance (everything from paint, cabinets, stained countertops etc.) The patio furniture needed to be replaced, maybe a bar height table to be able to enjoy the view.The lawn chairs on the beach area were unusable.I will say the pool area was well maintained."
