"Our stay was terrible. Upon arrival at our vrbo we found out that the a/c unit was not working. We immediately contacted the host, Caleb. He knew that the unit was not working and had contacted an HVAC company. Unfortunately the company was busy.We stayed three nights with a heat index of 105 degrees. We would have given a higher rating had the host made other arrangements for us. "

"the ice machine did not work .the pool was closed. the breakfast was very minimal in items. the towels in our room were very small and statned. the rooms were very clean."

"10 out of 10 in every category!!! Amazingly clean and cute. The owners have thought of everything. We wish every place we stay could be this great. If we could give a million stars, we would, but VRBO capped us at 5! Ravens Roost was the absolute best!"
