The room and facilities are great! Friendly staff etc. the problem is with some of the guests. There is no charge for pets! PEOPLE! Be a decent person and pick up after them! Disgusting pet owners! They provide bags and a spot. Some A -holes let their dogs do their business right outside the door.

The room was clean. The tv sucked. Very limited channels. The shower faucet was about ready to fall off. The inside door lock was broken. Did come with a mini fridge and small microwave. Heat worked well. The free coffee was thick and terrible. Customer service was lacking after i told him i had a dog with me. Very concerned about the dog getting on the bed. $50 deposit I doubt I will ever see again. It's Motel 6 but they don't leave the light on gor ya anymore.

Great for a great price

The staff was amazing! Friendly and hardworking. The room was comfortable and clean. Only small issue was the air conditioning wasn't the greatest. The pool was fun and refreshing.

Our room was amazing. Especially for the price. I can tell the owners take pride in their establishment. A lot of new updates. Carpeting, mattress were new. The place was very clean. The fidge was cold and the TV worked great. The areas outside our room were also updated and clean. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. We were very pleased!

They are doing a remodel but our room was done and really nice. The front desk clerk was friendly and helped us find a place to eat. we will stay here again.

Under reconstruction

The Hotel is under some reconstruction so with the reconstruction the hotel was still very clean. Management was very kind and helpful. We was able to get more towels as needed!

A Life-Changing Stay

After a long and exhausting day of travel, my partner and I (along with our furry companion) rolled into town completely drained—mentally, physically, and emotionally. We’re a couple from Tennessee, and we were simply hoping for a clean, pet-friendly place to rest our heads. What we found instead was something extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth, empathy, and genuine hospitality that felt like a deep breath after holding it all day. The staff didn’t just accommodate us—they cared for us. They anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, making us feel not just welcome, but seen. The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared—even for our pet. Every detail, from the comfort of the bed to the quiet serenity of the space, seemed designed to give us exactly what we didn’t even know we needed. It was more than a good night’s sleep—it was a sense of peace and grounding that neither of us expected to find in a hotel. This stay didn’t just exceed our expectations—it shifted something in us. It reminded us of the goodness in people, the importance of small acts of kindness, and the healing power of rest. We will never forget this place, and we’ll be telling everyone we know (and probably a few strangers) to stay here whenever they can. To the incredible staff: thank you for changing our lives. It would have been amazing had we known there was renovation going on, they worked well into the night it was disturbing. There were holes in the bathroom wall, the toilet got clogged after the 3rd use. In reality you get what you pay for. Overall the service was excellent.

I placed my reservation online through Expedia, which was very easy and convenient. I was to have a room with one King-sized bed. I got a room with two queen-sized beds, which felt a bit cramped and had no comfortable chair except the one at the desk. My electronic devices could locate the WiFi signal, but the password did not work. The person at the desk treated me like I was an idiot when I tried to get that resolved. At least the WiFi was free. It didn't matter to me, but the place advertises a pool, but it is not in service. At least that was free, too. The person at check out was friendly.

You get what you pay for

Hotels.com lists the hotel as pet friendly, but then there's an additional $20 per pet per night fee when you check in that they did not mention. The room obviously used to be a smoking room, it smelled pretty heavily of old cigarettes. The tables all had burn marks. The bathroom door didnt have a latch, it looked like someone had kicked the door in at some point and broken it. There are cigarette burns on the toilet seat. We reserved a king room and got 2 queens, not a big deal. There was hair in the beds and shower. Lots of lottle things like the tissue holder missing and the sink plug missing and the smoke alarm missing. It was quiet, which was nice. The hotel is obviously being remodeled, so hopefully it's on it's way to being much nicer.
