"There was long black hairs on the shower walls and tub. The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in wasn’t very welcoming. The parking lot is dimly lit. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious."

"The room was pretty out-of-date and showed lots of wear-and-tear, but the beds were extremely comfy! The hotel is in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls and made walking to breweries and restaurants super easy. Super small parking lot but received a voucher to park next door, which was super easy and convenient. Overall not a bad place to stay on a budget."

"Room reserved was not available and I had reserved for my son under his name and they wouldn’t give him the room that was available since it was my hotels.com. Charged for room we never received! Desk workers were rude! After 3 calls to hotels.com and finally requested a supervisor they did refund our money. Place was also very run down and dirty, would not recommend!! "

"We booked the one bedroom king suite that also had a pull-out sofa bed as we had 3 people. The king bed was nothing fancy, pretty average. We knew the sofa bed wouldn’t be the comfiest thing either (are they ever?) but I was surprised that such a nice hotel didn’t have nicer ones. I can sleep ANYWHERE and that pull-out bed was horrible. Ended up folding it back up and sleeping on the sofa like normal with a ton of blankets instead. Again, this wasn’t a make or break thing, just book an extra room if you more than 2 people."

"Beautiful hotel! Check in was easy. Room was really nice with large windows. Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. My only complaint was that the sheets and towels have a strong smell and there was blood or something staining the comforter right at the head of the bed. Other than that it was great. "
