We work hard to have our rooms ready by check in time but there are hiccups sometimes. I do apologize that you had to w2ait. The elevator is down due to having a brand new on installed and the restuarant/bar will be open this summer I hope you come back and stay to enjoy it!

As we speak we are currently waiting on the parts to come for a brand new elevator. In the meantime we do have another that is alittle farther away, but does work.

I am really glad you enjoyed yourself at Ramada Waterpark. Did you know that we used to have doors on the rooms that opened from outside. Back in 1995 they did a giant renovation and closed them off. I do agree though having the access to the outside would be alot easier. We have a restaurant opening in June and we sure hope you will come back and stay and enjoy some great food!!!!

Greg we are always tryinbg to improve the property even though it is older. Our housekeeping department has improved quite drastically but still has some things to improve on also. We do hope you will come back in June when the restaurant is open and see the changes then.

Tonja Im sorry you had difficulties during your stay. We do have a very strict policy about bugs anywhere in the pool or hotel. And we follow that so I am not sure who would have told you we would call the police? That doesnt sound like what we normally do. I hope to see you when the restaurant is complete!
