"First of, the parking is very limited so do not expect that you'll be able to park inside. The person at the reception was not very friendly and it was hard to understand what he was saying. The room was barely clean, we found other people's hair all the time. There was no soap dispenser in the shower, the towels looked old and very used. The picture of the room on the add makes it look so big, but it's really not. The smell of weed (marijuana) and urine filled the air in the hallway. Lastly, the area around it did not feel very safe. Not coming back! "

"Homewood Suites in Teaneck gave my relatives a very pleasant and comfortable stay during a special family occasion. I am a resident of Teaneck. I booked a 2-queen suite for my aunt, uncle, and cousin for 3 nights as part of a surprise 80th birthday celebration for my mother, and they truly enjoyed their time there. The suite was roomy and well set up, with a small living area, sofa bed, and kitchenette, which made it feel very convenient and homey. The staff were kind, accommodating, and very helpful throughout their stay. My relatives especially enjoyed the unlimited buffet-style breakfast, which was definitely their favorite part. They also appreciated the 24-hour coffee in the lobby and the free parking for guests. On top of that, the view of New York City from the room was such a nice bonus. It made the whole experience even more memorable. I would definitely book at this hotel again when more family comes to visit."

"Friday night we had no hot water. Room was very warm and unable to cool. My one guilty pleasure when away from home is HGTV. You didn't have it. Saturday morning no hot water. Left for daughter's regetta. Got back late afternoon. Room was 75'. Attempted to cool and temp rose to 76'. We were moved across hall to room 401. But lady at front desk made it as if it were out fault 😳Much cooler right away. No where to charge phone. Come on!! Why?!?!? Shower was finally hot. Very noisy!Rooms were clean. That's about the only plus. I'll give you a 2."

"Neighborhood, parking, staff attitudes, and room conditions were below expectations, unfortunately. They changed us mandatory US$25 for spending at the hotel restaurant, which remained packed busy every time we tried. We couldn’t use the money, still have the damn coupon."
