"The room was big and clean. Anything extra we needed was cheerfully given to us at the front desk. We couldn’t hear through the walls which was a plus. The breakfast was great!"

"I didn't have breakfast but did order from the lounge last night. The chicken penne was absolutely disgusting. As soon as I opened the container it smelled like processed cheese or canned alfredo sauce or something. It was inedible. I ate two bites. I complained and the front desk told me to go talk to the lounge supervisor and was very unhelpful. I didn't feel like hunting down the supervisor, they should have called her to come talk to me. Won't be staying again"

"I would have rated this excellent if it was just about the desk clerks! The lack of cleanliness was the problem- dirty behind the bathroom doors, stains on the sheets and there was a dirty wall. Perhaps more but we didn't check. Plus we could hear the people upstairs - very thin ceiling."

"The front desk staff wasn't very friendly, two lady's in particular. I did find a ball full of hair in the wall in my shower and tub. Other then that the pool was great and the rest of our room was clean"

"Room was clean, beds super comfortable, which is important. Hotel is worn and dated - you get what you pay for. Staff was wonderful. However, if you are booking for the breakfast, don' t bother. I never saw a piece of fruit. The yogurt and eggs were doled out sparingly. Never enough for the people there. Thats a management issue. I would book again for a budget place to crash, but thats about it."
