  • Modern and welcoming apartment in the picturesque town of Sirmione, ideal for enjoying outdoor moments, thanks to the pleasant porch and private garden where you can relax, have lunch and dinner. The shared swimming pool is fantastic.



    The apartment is located on the ground floor. Living room with garden view: sofa bed 1.5 places and dining table for 4 seats. Direct access to the garden equipped with a small table and chairs. Induction kitchen: fridge with freezer, dishes and pots, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. 1 bathroom: sink, bidet, shower. 1 bedroom: double with French window and large wardrobe. YES air conditioning in the living room. NO washing machine. Wifi: included.



    Private garage with 1 parking space. Swimming pool free for guests. Strength point: quiet location and 1km from the beach. Tourist tax: £2.80 per day per person to be paid at check-in from 1 night up to a maximum of 30 nights.
