Erholsamer Urlaub

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung, ordentlich, sauber mit Stil:) Kommunikation war hervorragend, Check in und out war problemlos, einfach und alles online/bzw. per WhatsApp. Ist jeden Cent wert.

Urlaub auf einer Baustelle

Die Lage ist gut. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet. Gäste gab es nur am Wochenende und das Gebäude ist ziemlich hellhörig. Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf einer Baustelle verbracht, ohne das uns die Vermieterin vorab informiert hat, das dort seit Monaten gearbeitet wird. Es wurde direkt vor unseren Balkonen und unseren Schlafzimmerfenstern gearbeitet, daher konnte man nichts vom Urlaub spüren. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin wegen der Situation war ohne Verständnis, teilweise ironisch mit der Anweisung mehr Zeit draußen zu verbringen, dann ist es nicht so schlimm. Eine faire Entschädigung wie angemessene Preisminderung wurde nicht in Betracht gezogen. Es war ein schlechter Urlaub und eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung für uns, daher können wir die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Sirmione

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in der Ferienwohnung in Sirmione sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist neu und sehr ansprechend. Es war alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist für Ausflüge in die Umgebung optimal. In wenigen Minuten ist man von der Ferienwohnung am Seeufer. Der Kontakt zur überaus freundlichen Vermieterin ist unproblematisch und war sehr angenehm. Die Ferienwohnung können wir sehr empfehlen.
