Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 50 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (gas). Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance leads directly in the living room with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at double sofa bed and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). Kitchenette with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Sirmione. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Residence Jolly is a family-run accommodation in the heart of Colombare di Sirmione, consisting of 6 independent holiday apartments: 3 on the ground floor with garden and 3 on the first floor with balcony.

The accommodations are simply and cosily furnished and available in different layouts: two-room and three-room apartments, ideal for couples, families and groups of friends.

Each apartment has comfortable and well-equipped rooms to offer guests everything they need for a pleasant holiday on Lake Garda. LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS:

The apartment is located directly on Piazza Mercato, in the heart of Colombare di Sirmione, in a central area where there are bars, cafés and restaurants.

In the immediate vicinity there is also a bus stop, pharmacies and supermarkets, making your stay even more enjoyable.

The lake can be reached after a short walk.

The historic centre of Sirmione with its characteristic Scaligero Castle is about 2.5 km away and can easily be reached, depending on your preference, with a pleasant walk along the lake, by bicycle, by car or by bus.

MARKET:

Every Monday morning the weekly market takes place on Piazza Mercato, with stalls selling clothing, shoes, accessories and food.

During the summer season there is also a market every Friday evening just a few steps from the accommodation, with stalls selling clothing, accessories and handicrafts. Parking on the street in front of the house.
