In the heart of Sirmione, the Pearl of Lake Garda, a delightful 120sqm flat on two floors, modern and elegant, with garden, terrace and private jacuzzi. Equipped with every comfort, Pearl House is ready to welcome you for your holiday on Lake Garda!
In a very quiet and reserved area of Colombare di Sirmione, it is only 150 metres from the centre and the beaches, and 5 minutes away by car from the castle of Sirmione, the "Aquaria" thermal baths and the centre of Peschiera d/G.
The Space:
Dear guests, we would like to inform you that although we do love pets very much, unfortunately, we CANNOT ACCEPT ANIMALS OF ANY KIND in this facility.
Please, note that ORGANISING PARTIES OR DISTURBING the neighbours with the use of loud music or any other type of noise IS PROHIBITED.
We also remind you that online check-in is mandatory prior to your arrival, by entering your data and documents via the Vikey service.
The software is a professional service that guarantees 100% of your privacy.
The procedure is very simple and only takes a few minutes. Upon your arrival, you will not have to take care of anything else.
Online check-in is a prerequisite to allow you to access the facility upon arrival in total autonomy through the smart lock.
The flat is on two levels; on the first floor, we have two large bedrooms, one with a double bed with a walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom, the other with two single beds (in case of need they can be joined to make another double bed) and a private bathroom.
On the ground floor, we have a living area with a double sofa bed, a 55" smart TV, an open kitchen, and an internal dining table, and a service bathroom (without shower and bidet). Outside, we find a large private terrace equipped with every comfort, with an outdoor dining table and sun umbrella, a fantastic private Jacuzzi with sunbathing area, and a garden with 0-gravity sun loungers.
Specifically:
- DOUBLE ROOM
Our double room is the room that, more than any other, is equipped with every comfort, ready for you to experience a holiday of rest and tranquillity!
Furnished in a modern, elegant style, it has got a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and double memory foam pillows, ideal for waking up relaxed.
To offer you the maximum comfort, we have equipped the room with a comfortable, windowed bathroom with a shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and washbasin with drawers and an illuminated mirror.
On arrival, you will find: bed linen, towels, hairdryer, courtesy soaps.
We have also realised every woman's dream, that is, a walk-in wardrobe directly in the bedroom! Spacious and very comfortable with drawers and a luggage corner.
The room has got a private balcony that overlooking the garden it offers a wonderful view!
A central chandelier of design with a led enlightening system and an integrated fan controllable remotely gives the chance to create a unique-in-gender atmosphere.
A 43’’ Smart TV with adjustable arm to watch the tv while laying on the bed and a Daikin air-conditioner to refresh the entire ambience in just some minutes, is everything you may need to enjoy your evenings by Golden House - Sirmione Holiday!
- SECOND ROOM
The second bedroom offers two single beds, which can be joined to make an additional double bed if required. Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it is equipped with a fantastic private bathroom with shower, a 6-door wardrobe with central mirror and a Smart TV 43" in combination with a PlayStation 4 console for our young guests!
- LIVING AREA
The spaces of the living area are characterised by minimal style furniture which donate elegance and modernity to the room, illuminated by big French windows facing the terrace which let glimpse the surrounding green.
A very cozy 6-seater Italian handcrafted sofa-bed, upholstered in soft sand-grey fabric with an adjustable-angle headboard, and a very comfortable peninsula, is placed in front of a 55" smart TV equipped with Internet connection, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube.
Everything you need to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation after lunch or dinner.
On the ground floor, you will also find a service bathroom (without shower and bidet).
- KITCHEN
Essential, modern, elegant.
The space is exploited to the full with an essential corner composition that runs vertically with the wall units arranged to use all the available space.
In the centre is an elegant, round dining table with an extendable glass top, matched with dark grey eco-leather armchairs.
The steel sink and the hob are integrated in the white countertop.
Accessorised with modern and designer appliances, such as the scale set into the counter.
All the chromatic choices are made to create a relation of continuity with the kitchen and the rest of the living area, without removing brightness from the ambient and homogeneity from the overall.
- LAUNDRY
A large laundry room with a washbasin is fitted out with all the appliances needed for cleaning, including a washing machine and a dryer. In the room, you will also find recycling bins and everything you need for the housekeeping, as well as a drying rack and an ironing board.
- PRIVATE SIDE TERRACE
The large private side terrace extend itself along the entire side of the living room and kitchen.
Exposed to the east, through convenient French windows, the living area and the kitchen overlook it, well-lit, especially in the early hours of the day.
The terrace is equipped with an outdoor dining table and a fantastic designer parasol, to lunch sheltered from the sun or to dine illuminated by a 'starry' effect created by the lights incorporated in the sun umbrella.
Comfortable 0-gravity loungers are ideal for enjoying unforgettable moments of relaxation, matched with a wonderful bathe in the private heated Jacuzzi tub!
We would also like to remind you that the Jacuzzi is active every day from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 3.30pm to 9.45 pm.
After these times, the device will automatically switch off to avoid disturbing the neighbours with its operational sound.
- FRONT GARDEN
The front FENCED garden is owned and at exclusive use. However, it is communicating with the pedestrian gate, which serves as the general entrance to the building. So, for those who want more privacy, it is recommended to make more use of the relaxing area of the side terrace.
- AIR-CONDITIONERS
There are 3 air-conditioner splits in total:
1 split in the master bedroom
1 split in the second bedroom
1 split in the living room/kitchen on ground floor
- DOUBLE GARAGE
In the basement, you will find a large and useful private double garage where up to two cars can be safely stored. The room is under video surveillance for security reasons.

The Neighborhood:
Pearl House - Sirmione Holiday is located in a very quiet area of Colombare, the heart of Sirmione, where you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday within walking distance!
Don't miss a tour of the castle of Sirmione, surrounded by the waters of the lake! Here you will find the "Aquaria" thermal baths directly overlooking the lake and the Catullo caves (5 km), as well as the world-famous Jamaica Beach.
For the youngest visitors, Pearl House is an opportunity to visit the lake's famous theme parks, including Gardaland, Legoland, Gardaland SeaLife Aquarium, Movieland, Canevaworld, Medieval Times, and many others, just a 10-minute drive away.
A visit to the famous town of Peschiera del Garda (4 km) is a must, as with its historical walls surrounded by the waters of the lake and the river Mincio, it has been named a UNESCO heritage site.
Getting Around:
Pearl House is directly connected to the main road linking Sirmione to Peschiera and Desenzano, along which you will find the best supermarkets (Migross and Penny 150 metres away), restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, bars, pastry shops, and shops, easily reachable within walking distance in just one minute.
At the side of the road, a wonderful panoramic cycle path that runs along the lake. The beaches and the castle of Sirmione can be reached in just a few minutes on foot or by car.

We would also like to remind you that it is strictly FORBIDDEN TO ORGANISE PARTIES OR DISTURB the neighbourhood with loud music or other kinds of noise.
You are kindly invited to pay attention to noise while using the terrace in order not to bother the neighbours. Please, respect the quiet hours from 10.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m.
Should this rule not be respected, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation at any time, as well as request compensation for damages through the booking platform.
