8.2/10 Very good! (406 reviews)
Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming.
Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes.
The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,005 reviews)
Here's a polished, firm, and professional version:
Upon my arrival, Dunya displayed an arrogant and unwelcoming attitude. When we asked for restaurant recommendations other than the hotel restaurant, she was unable to provide any suggestions. Coming from the hospitality industry myself, I found this level of service extremely disappointing.**
My experience with Alexandra at the front desk was even worse. She was disrespectful, dismissive, and spoke to me in an unnecessarily loud and unprofessional manner. Since I was with friends who were staying at another hotel, I chose not to respond to her behavior as it deserved.**
To make matters worse, when my friend came to the hotel looking for me, Alexandra stated that no guest by my name was staying there because, according to her, my name had been misspelled. The following day, I confirmed with the restaurant staff that my name was, in fact, correctly listed in the system. The manager, Tamas, who was professional and courteous, explained that this may have been due to a privacy policy. However, providing incorrect information to someone legitimately looking for a registered guest is unacceptable and caused unnecessary confusion.
On a positive note, the restaurant staff provided excellent service, the food was very good, and the room itself was comfortable. My only complaint regarding the accommodations was the bathtub, which I found impractical.
Unfortunately, the poor service at the front desk is a thing

"Excellent views from rooms that face the lake. Outstanding staff. Breakfast was great, aside from all the greedy little birds! (not the fault of the property) Great water pressure in the room, plenty of hot water. The only issue I had was that the bed was just too soft."
