We have stayed here many times and we're usually very happy. We did notice that this unit is looking rather worn and, even more concerning, in the larger bathroom, the wall by the sink is really dirty. Lots of old, dried toothpaste. Hopefully, this gets cleaned before the next guest.

We drove 3-1/2 hours just to get away from City life for our honeymoon. The lodge was so clean and comfy. The hotel staff was so sweet and helpful. We stayed in a one bedroom condo that was bigger than our apartment in Milwaukee. The rooms had the cutest decor and the fireplace was a much needed touch in April. The bed was not a normal hotel bed but that was not an issue. It was soft, broken in, but comfortable. The small town nearby was so quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was a little older and i had my doubts initially. However, when we arrived in our room, we were very pleased. We felt like we could live there. We would stay again.

Hotel is dated. The door locks still use keys, and while quaint it’s not as convenient as key cards. The main entrance had a puddle of standing water that we hade to wade through to get into the hotel. The rooms were clean and adequate. The floor was a mix of laminate and carpet, it might have been nicer if it was all carpet.

Loved the Scandinavian theme to the lodge. Goes with the area where a lot of folks have settled from Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. Very safe area, and less than a 5 minute drive into Sister Bay for food and activities. Comfy room, very clean. The pool, sauna and hot tub are a nice bonus! Will definitely stay here again!

It was an ok hotel. Doesnt offer food for dinner or breakfast and nothing in the area opens until 11. Arcade room is outdated and vending machine is limited.

The bathroom drain was plugged. Water went down very slow. We cleaned it out (Gross) and get it moving better.
