"I loved our stay here! Everything was very clean and even kitchen items (plates, utensils, etc.) were provided in our room. The free breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend. "

"Sonesta Select 2queen bed rm was spacious, beds very comfy (pillow top) and 3 pillows great! Had refrig & microwave in rm-convenient! Balcony nice -so we could see how hard rain falling. Great ckin& fast. Only negative-room was cold-70*!! Cold air coming from vents- all nite! We turned temp to 80* -1 hr later- did not change!. Maintenance came/ he could not get it to warm up! Got extra comforters for us. Hotel looks nice- didn’t get 2 eat breakfast. Would dtay again."

Very helpful and responsive host who helped with a minor maintenance issue while onsiteThe beds were unsupportive/uncomfortable and could use new mattresses. The floors were extremely squeaky and made walking around noisy and difficult with a toddler and newborn"

"Clean and comfortable. Just what I needed. A efficient and friendly staff. New rooms. Nice beds. The location is close to a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute walk but I wouldn’t call the neighborhood walkable. I would stay again if I need to come to Concord. "
