Large loggia enclosed by removable bay windows offering a beautiful view of the sea and Coudoulière harbor. It features a small refrigerator, dresser, and garden table and chairs. The open-plan kitchen area includes a mini dishwasher, washing machine, and small refrigerator. The 4-burner electric hob and extractor hood are equipped with an oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, iron and ironing board, and a cordless vacuum cleaner. The main room includes a double sofa bed (140 cm), two tower fans, and a television. The bedroom offers a sea view with a double bed (140 cm) and a large wardrobe. The bedroom has two single bunk beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, and hairdryer. The separate toilet is provided.

Linens and towels are not provided. Mandatory cleaning fee: €40. The deposit is €400.

Pool fee: Adults and teens aged 13 to 17: €5.20/day. - Children aged 6 to 12: €3.20/day (Swimming pool open from June 1st to September 15th) - Tennis court (fee required): €6.50/hour.

Secure residence - Direct access to the sea - Wooded estate of 35 hectares of pine forest by the sea with walking trails around two large lakes, fitness trail, children's playground, boules courts, mini-golf, tennis courts, and swimming pool.

During the winter period (November to March), electricity consumption is payable as an additional fee (€0.22/kWh, based on meter readings upon arrival and departure).
