Lake Montcalm Waterfront Retreat - Beach, Hot Tub, Game Room

Enjoy a beautiful view and a private sandy beach on 84.5 acre all sports Montcalm Lake! Spend time fishing, swimming, and paddleboating. Two kayaks and four stand up paddle boards available for your use. You may bring your own boat to tie up to our dock. Relax at the end of the day around the gas fire pit or in the hot tub!

Great view of the lake from main living area. Well stocked kitchen including electric griddle, waffle maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, Keurig, drip coffee maker and dishwasher. Indoor dining table seats 8. Large deck has gas grill and outdoor dining.

Sleeps 10 comfortably. One main floor bedroom with queen bed. Two lower level bedrooms, one with king bed and one with queen bunk bed (sleeps 4). Loft above living area has queen bed. Pack and play available. Two full bathrooms. Home has central air.

Other entertainment options include a pool table and ping pong table in garage (heat available), board/card games, puzzles and smart tvs. Fiber internet available.
