  • This newly built holiday home from 2025 is perfectly located in the heart of Gammel Skagen, just steps from the famous beach and the iconic Ruths Hotel. Here you can enjoy the best of Skagen with both city life and nature on your doorstep.



    From the first floor of the house and the inviting balcony, you can enjoy views of the town's characteristic yellow houses. The five bedrooms are all equipped with double beds and fitted wardrobes, while the three bathrooms ensure plenty of space for everyone. The modern kitchen and bright dining room open directly onto the terrace.



    The garden offers sunny terraces with a barbecue and outdoor shower, perfect for long summer days. The special full-length petanque court creates the setting for cozy tournaments under the stars.



    You can easily walk to the beautiful, kilometer-long sandy beach for swimming and long walks. In the evening, Ruths Hotel and the city's charming wine bars are a short distance away, where you can end the day in style.
