"This is the only hotel that is close to Narvik airport; you can walk from/to the airport. The room was very small, hard to open our two luggages. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. No hot water for showers. Check in: while waiting for the check in time in the dining room because we arrived early,,a gentleman approached us asking if we were there for checking in; he then checked us in even though it was too early."

"Not one negative word to say about this hotel. Only a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff are really great! Very genuine, friendly and helpful. The kind lady at the front desk let us check in early, and check out late. Our room was in the older section of the hotel but was still very nice. Spacious, clean, comfortable, nice view to the mountains at the rear, nice shower. The breakfast was very very good. Wide selection and a large dining area. The staff here are wonderful too. There's a large waiting area near reception with a few games to pass the time. We highly recommend staying here."

"Very helpful staff. Short stay but enjoyed being able to wander the historic section of Harstad from the hotel. Great room & very quiet. Didn’t like the air blowing down on the bed from ceiling vent - my only complaint. Parking should be free."
