"It is very convenient and have welcoming and helpful staff. The food is great, and the room is nice and quiet, with comfortable beds. This time my key card was difficult to use in the elevator and I was unable to open the door to my room. I had to go back downstairs to get a staff member to assist. He said the door was unusually heavy to open, but we managed to open it."
