The room could be updated however; it was clean. Maybe update the heating system and it’s cold in the winter. The shower leaks and the cleaners left the room with wet towels on the floor. Breakfast - could with more variety

Great value hotel with good service and excellent breakfast. Easy access to the tram and we enjoyed the local neighbourhood away from ‘tourist central’ yet only 15 mins to city centre via tram and also close to the Salthomen ferry terminal for visiting the Archipelago. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Vi stannade över natten. De krånglade en del med parkeringen. Otydligt var extraparkeringen fanns då parkeringshuset va fullt. I övrigt en jättefin vistelse med fint rum, skön säng och god frukost. De hade varit najs om de fanns handtvål och balsam i hotellrummet dock.

Het is een fijn hotel. Gezellige kamer met gezellige verlichting. Het is schoon en netjes. Goed ontbijt, er is van alles te kiezen. Aardige medewerkers. Het centrum ligt verderop. Goed te bereiken per tram. Er zijn wat kroegjes en restaurants op loopafstand. Heel fijn dat er een parkeerkelder is, waar je je auto kwijt kunt tegen betaling. Want in Göteborg moet je overal betalen voor parkeren.

Det går många spårvagnar på Karl Johansgatan och låter väldigt mycket ifall man har rum mot gatan. Vi stördes trots rum högst upp, så dagen efter bad vi om uppgradering till rum mot gården (högst upp). Man hörde spårvagnarna lite grann även där, men helt okej. Frukostbuffén är väldigt bra med mycket att välja på. Bra komfort på sängarna, men sovkuddarna kunde vara av bättre kvalitet. Klena galgar i andra rummet. Alla rum har inte safety box. Badhanddukarna var lite klena. Hotellet har bra läge för promenad längs området Klippan och lätt att ta sig till centrum. Plus till mycket trevlig personal!
