"Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

"We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. "Got to stay 4 day's and is November time , must say the room was kept quiet warm especially at nights that the temperature dropped. Over all had a good experience with very helpful staff. The was breakfast included on my stay but i was too lazy to get up in the mornings 😁 , but the option was there if i wanted. I do raccomend this hotel. Is good value for money. "

"We were very happy with this accommodation, location to Golden Palm - excellent. Love the ducks roaming free!! We attended a motorcycle event based at the Golden Palm. Chip shop 2 mins away and breakfast Cafe- JT's over the road. Couldn't be better for a cheap as chips weekend away!!"
