"Excellent classic hotel in great location . The hotel is older but maintained very well and the common areas - lobby , restaurants, and pools and spa are fantastic. I am Bulgarian and loved to see Philippine and Indonesian workers at the restaurants - very high level of customer service . That alone made made the trip at the hotel incredible. Highly recommend"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kaphouse family hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept. The staff were genuinely friendly, always welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. "Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly!
We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!"
