Best hotel I have ever been to, Elivinis tranquil, peaceful with outstanding facilities. A few meters from four of the best best beaches in Skiathos. Restaurants are spectacular! The food is fresh, delicious and pure 10 stars!

Fantastic stay at Elivi. Facilities were fantastic and the hotel grounds are stunning. Impeccable buggy service around the grounds. Upgraded when we arrived and had our own pool. The restaurants were great, only negative was that the restaurants were very empty for dinner but that was more because it was end of season. Only criticism was that the bars by the beaches closed at 6pm and we wanted to sit with a drink and watch the sunset but no bars open. Again, think this is different in peak times. Overall, fabulous stay. A little expensive but fully worth it for pure luxury and relaxation.

Hotel and facilities were excellent. Good range of restaurants and beaches with great sun loungers. Limited access to pools (most rooms have their own), and whilst service was good, it tended to be slow in restaurants (lots of young seasonal staff). Overall, would return.

We had an amazing stay, the property is huge, clean and extremely well kept. Access to the beach (many actually) is great, comfortable in every aspect. I have to say that the best aspect of our stay has been the staff. Friendly and welcoming, supported every request and responded to every needs we might had. There’s also a very useful WhatsApp chat and even an app to reserve a table to one of their magnificent restaurants. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

the entire resort was massive 4 seperate beaches beautiful sunbeds, the rooms fully set for relaxation, rooms on ground level had there own pools to the rooms rooms on first level had a larger balacony with spa staff could not do enough for there quest also having our own rental car made it so much easier to get around when we wanted to, i will come back here again 10 out of 10 for me.

Amazing when fully operational

We were there for the first day of opening. The Xenia hotel was completed and situated on a headland with lovely views and access to 3 beaches, one by stairs and one by elevator which was not ready until our final day. The rest of the resort, however, was still a work in progress with engineers, gardeners and workmen on site. The staff were mostly very accommodating, particularly at breakfast and when the resort is finally completed it will be amazing. Would not have wanted to stay anywhere else on Skiathos.

Positives and negatives

The staff, beaches, position of hotel were first class. However the hot food at breakfast was always cold. This is something that has been highlighted by previous visitors for months but has obviously not been addressed. Cold fried eggs, bacon, mushrooms etc. The other issue is our pool. We had a nest grove junior suite with pool. The pool was not circulating water constantly like the pools around us. The filters were not emptied and full of bugs. The staff tried to assure us the pool was safe even though the water wasn’t circulating which I feel is not true at all. Consequently it wasn’t very clean. Overall I felt the hotel staff were fabulous but the food wasn’t. There wasn’t a children menu either and very little around the hotel for children to do even though it’s advertised as child friendly. However, the nest grove rooms are very close to the beautiful Banana beach so that compensates for it.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The location was wonderful, the cleanliness was superb. Special shout out to the wonderful staff especially Rula who works in the shop who gave us great tips on places to visit and eat in the town. it was an absolute dream holiday. We up graded our room on arrival and got a suite with sea view a jacuzzi. Love G&T

Fantastisk bra hotell, helt perfekt

Fantastisk bra hotell rett på stranden. Hyggelig og rolig stemning på hotellet, virkelig et sted å slappe av. Maten var særdeles god, spesielt en Italiensk restaurant. Gode lydisolerte rolige rom, med meget gode senger. Vi reiser 4 til 5 ganger i året, dette er et av de beste hotell vi har opplevd i Hellas. Vi vil helt klart bo her neste gang vi kommer til Skiathos.

L’emplacement est idéal, il y a différentes plages autour de l’hôtel, avec accès privatif et transats gratuits pour les résidents de l’hôtel. Beach bar sur chaque plages, avec cartes boissons et produits de qualités. Le Personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant, agréable et toujours prêt à vous rendre service. Toujours le sourire. Petit déjeuner de qualité et varié. Les différents restaurants de l’hôtel, et il y a le choix…sont de thème gastronomique différents avec des plats de qualité et cuisinés par des chefs très professionnels. Les chambres sont très agréables, vue mer et pour notre part avec jacuzzi, moment de détente garantie. Le spa est top aussi avec des soins très agréables, et toujours un personnel très professionnel.
