"We stayed in one of the two top floor apartments, the one with the very large outside terrace. This was equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds. We asked if it was possible to have towels for the sunbeds and these were provided. The terrace is shaded and has a beautiful view of the sea and harbour. Apartment is newly fitted and everything very clean. Maid came in each day to clean, make the bed, empty bins etc. Sheets were changed every other day. Kitchen area was great for preparing breakfast...

"Spent three days on Skopelos Island traveling alone. I stayed in Glossa at the Aegean Wave Hotel and loved everything about it. I enjoy the exceptional service provided by the owners of the hotel. My room and the restaurant had breathtaking views of the sea, glossa village, and other islands. It’s not directly in Glossa, but you’ll need a car or motorbike to get around the island anyway. "The apartment was clean, ordered and very much welcoming. We enjoyed the terrace and the general atmosphere of the place. Skopelos itself is a great place to spend restful but also intresting hollidays. There are tourists, but it's far from the mass tourism industry you find elsewhere. A car is a plus, but not a must, as it is possible to travel around by bus. The main beaches and place are served. We've done a whole day and an evening in sea kayak, trips organized by a British couple...
