Property is very centrally located, making it easy to get to other attractions in the area. Some of the room amenities (like furnishings) were a little beat up and had seen better days. Some staff at check-in were rude and dismissive while directing check-in line traffic.

Beautiful hotel. Nice clean

We were very disappointed in our recent stay at this property. Upon check-in we were notified that the room we had booked was a private property and that we would not be getting daily house keeping done, and anything needed in the room once we were there needed to be requested. Hotel check in time is 3:00pm our room was not ready until 4:30pm. Once we arrived to our room, the kitchen sink was wobbly and did not work properly, the laps in the sitting area only had one that worked, the wall tv was crooked, the safe in the room did not work and the light in the closet did not work either when the door was opened. I have video's of all of this. We were extremely disappointed with the room and couldn't believe this was what was being offered as a place to stay for guests. When asked what could be done they said nothing as it was a privately owed room and not apart of the hotel, which we were not aware of and no where did it say when we were booking that it was a privately owed room and I have booked hotels off of expedia several times and have never run into this issue before. Very unfortunate as we did like the hotel but will not be staying there again.
