"Great location, great hot breakfast "

"Parking and access was easy. Check was a block away from the property. The staff who helped check us in was super helpful and suggested some good trails too. WiFi password details weren’t in the room so had to ask another resident. The sink was clogged so asked to fix that when I che led out the next day. Overall the place was quiet and room was clean and cool. "

"This place was very clean and cozy. After a day of hiking we were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub but it wouldn't turn on, we were too tired to care. The steps upstairs are very narrow so I wouldn't suggest it for an older couple. The road to get to the cabin was extremely rough, but it's no fault of the owners. The only problem with the place is the deck definitely needs work. Boards were sticking up and some were missing screws. It was definitely a nice place!"

"All I can say it's WOW! We were skeptical at first but we decided to go for it and oh boy are we glad we did. The cabin is super clean and listed 100% accurately. The check in process is super easy as well as checkout. Amanda was super helpful. If you aren't from the area the road into the property is tight, twisting turns and hilly so just be prepared. It's easy to navigate in the daylight. We arrived late and well after dark so it was intense for us. We are so happy we found this gem and we will 100% return. "

"The driveway was terrible. There were limited dishes and glasses and no stoppers in the sink.The grill on the front porch was busted as was the chair on the back deck."

"The unit was exactly what I was expecting. Tidy and perfect for my mom/kid trip. Very fortunate to have a great weather as it is a very compact unit , we were only really there to sleep. Beds were very comfortable, and my kids fought over turns in the top bunk. Great communication from the host prior to my arrival."

"What a beautiful cabin! Clean, comfortable and peaceful. The deck overlooking the gorge was very nice with comfortable chairs, two being rockers. Cabin has all kitchen appliances and cookware. It does not offer tin foil, plastic wrap or baggies so best to bring your own. It’s a long drive to a store so be sure you have what you may want before you leave Slade. Highly recommend. "
