"This is a nice motel located within walking distance of the BYU football stadium and the BYU campus. It shares a parking lot with another motel, and this one costs more because it's the better one, although both are fine. I like this place, I plan to stay again, and I recommend it to others. Property is right next to a babbling brook- it was great white noise at night, leaving the door open, but when closed, it was soundproofed. Super clean and comfortable! "
