"Great staff building needs some Up keep but great stay"

"We had a two-room suite, spacious and clean. Hotel property well-kept and the staff super friendly. Pool was clean, it had a great little bar with happy hour along with fruited water up front at all times. I have stayed in a lot of places in the quarter for over 30 years, I look forward to staying here again!"

"Terrible Staff. I arrived at the hotel around 3pm Front desk informed me that my room was to be ready @ 4pm. Which is totally understandable. I did arrive early. I came back to the hotel at 4. And still they claimed the room was not ready. 4pm is check in time. Front desk said “We will call you on your phone once it is ready Sir”. They never bothered to call me back, I called the customer service line and they hung up. lol. I’m not the type to be rude or cause a scene. But I did press them by 6pm to get my room ready. It was disheartening because I sat for 2 hours in the lobby watching others check in to their rooms with ease as they arrived. My room was delayed until 6:45pm. I was late for a dinner reservation because of this. This was my first experience in New Orleans. It was Mardi Gras weekend, and I understand that things happen especially during a holiday season like that. But it was the unprofessionalism of how the staff treated me. Not once did they show empathy or try to offer any concessions. You will be able to see all the action in the French Quarter right from your hotel room window. The location is perfect, the building is historical. And other than the rude front desk staff. It was overall a good place to stay."

"Location and Riverview excellent. Room could’ve been a little cleaner floors, dusty, etc.. Room was large and well equipped, except for the sofa like thing that had virtually no purpose, facing inward and in front of the window view overall an excellent FQF location 5-stars for room on the 29th floor was an incredible view of the river,French quarter, and river front festivities"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect walking distance to everything and directly across form Louis Armstrong park. The staff were AMAZING from suggestions to morning coffee chats everyone was friendly and enjoyable. Rooms where fabulous and had everything we needed. Truly a great stay and great hotel."

"We had a great stay here! The hotel was in a great location on the end of Bourbon St. and was a quick walk to the river. The room was cozy and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. The staff also very nice and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again."

"The Valet parking was fine but expensive. The room was just okay, nothing special. The restaurant was horrible- the waitress was rude and the food was inedible. Nothing about this stay wowed me. The location was great but overall, not a positive experience for us. "
