"While in a very convenient location for the ferry, restaurants and places to park, the apartment is frankly ugly, poorly maintained and uncomfortable. "The Windsor Hotel getting better and better It is my favorite hotel. The service is excellent. The manager, Mr. Trevor, is very professional, kind, and friendly. He always welcomes me. Also, the receptionist day time top man Ganti, is very polite and provides high-quality service and night time Vikhan professional work and kind too. "Very much enjoyed the hotel, once again, after our last trip 8 years ago. One lift was out of service the whole time, though, which sometimes caused difficulties. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was good and our room was very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, but there is a lot of building work going on outside the hotel and this didn't always feel very safe."
